In a time where mutants were first coming to the light, Charles Xavier gathered the most promising of these outcasts and created the first class of his special school for gifted youngsters. Through much hardship and excruciating training, these youngsters were shaped into the first team of mutant heroes: the X-Men!

Go back to the first days of Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters and play with the original incarnation of these iconic Heroes and Villains. These characters not only have game pieces that reflect their classic looks, but also their game mechanics reflect a less experienced and more “raw” version of them. The Maximoff twins, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, form a unique villainous duo, working together to bring down the Heroes. And finally, the set of Locations contained in this expansion also bring the Danger Room, a special Location attachment that gives Heroes access to special Training!
