Our Sand Plates are the perfect weights to add to your vest! They're simple, affordable, and ergonomic. Just fill them with sand, and you are ready to go!
Built with Velcro ultra-resistant and reinforced 900D nylon material, assuring these plates can support the weight while you exercise!
The Vest with sand is gentler when you run, do burpees, do push-ups, or work out on your abs.
Also adjust the weight depending on the amount of sand you put into the plates.
Permits travel convenience; you can empty the sand plates and fill them at your destination.
The plates hold about 19 pounds of total weight (9.5 pounds each depending on the kind of sand )plus the vest weight you could get a 20-pound vest total weight. Might wet the sand or use steel shots or other materials other than sand to make it heavier.
