Our inventory changes quickly and sometimes we can't keep up with updating the system. This also prevents receiving the dreaded order canceled email.

ABSOLUTELY!! We Partner with 5 other Dealers across the country and we share inventory. So no matter what you are looking for Hit the Chat Button and ask. It is very helpful if you have a screenshot and model # before asking. Sometimes there is a small fee for us to find the item you are looking for, but never more than $50.

The best way to change your order is to email us at Dugout@thebatflipshop.com or hit the Chat Button. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

  • REFUND AND RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • DO NOT TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO ONE OF OUR VENDORS!! THE PRODUCT MUST BE PROCESSED BY US OR THE RETURN COULD BE REJECTED FOR NOT FOLLOWING OUR POLICIES. THIS IS OUR LEGAL RIGHT IF WE CHOOSE TO ENFORCE IT. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE, AND FOLLOW OUR PROCEDURES TO PROTECT YOURSELF AS MUCH AS US.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return: Contact us at Dugout@batflipshop.com and:
  • 1. Request a return label, since We use multiple Vendors this is extremely important so We can make sure your return process goes smoothly.
  • 2. We’ll send you a return shipping label,( shipping costs will be deducted from your refund) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Our Vendors/Dealers without first requesting a return label from Us could be rejected by the Vendor/Dealer for not following their Procedures and preventing you from completing your Return.
  • 3. We will notify you once we’ve received confirmation our Vendor received your return. Once we receive their funds back, we will issue your refund minus any fees charged by the Vendor to complete the process. You can always contact us for any return questions at Dugout@batflipshop.com

Once we or our partner store receives your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We also accept Venmo and Apple Pay, Hit Chat Button for instructions.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact the carrier directly as once it leaves our store it is their responsibility. If you get the run around contact our support team and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support team to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Not, We only sell a new product so our customers have their full warranties intacked. 

Sometimes email communications can end up in your spam folder if you are a first-time customer, please check there before asking for assistance. If that fails let us know and we can resend the notification.

Absolutely! We place orders for shirts and hoodies all the time, so just let us know the color and sizes you want and we will order it for you to be printed. Special orders like that usually take about 14 days or less. Price remains as is on the website unless you want XXL or larger, changing the logo color is also another charge unless we are already doing the print with the color you want. 

Our logo and slogans are trademarked and we will press charges against anyone who tries to use anything from our website.

Unfortunately no, some past customers ruined that for everyone else.

We do offer the Shop Pay option on most products with no interest payments.
